What is Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Filtered or unfiltered EVOO is obtained mechanically from the olive fruit by pressing and milling processes, without refining.
It has ~0.5 range acidity and low cholesterol.
Typically has a golden-green color, with a mellow flavor and a pleasant texture.
It is a single variety, not a blend.
This particular variety is characterized by the intense aroma of green olives and freshly cut grass. Fragrance nuances include tomato, green banana, artichoke and almond. It reminds of the aromatic plants of the countryside.
Olive fruit, leaves, herbs and green almonds appear on the palate. It offers a suitable bitterness and a very pleasant taste. Complex, harmonious and long lasting! Ideal for pairing with any food.

Pomace Oil
Olive pomace oil is the olive oil obtained from the olive pulp after the first pressing process. After the mechanical oil extraction of Extra Virgin Olive Oil is completed, approximately 5-8% of the oil remains in the dough. Pomace oil is obtained from this pulp by extracting it with the help of solvents. Although the oil extracted in this way is still olive oil, it is called pomace oil in retail. The acidity level is around 0.1. It is preferred to be used as edible for cooking. Although it is not rich in polyphenols, it has a mild flavor.
Gemlik Cultivation
Gemlik olives are widely growing in Turkey, especially in the north. It has a different aroma from other olive varieties. Thanks to its geographical structure, climate, cultivation way and many other factors, and its unique characteristics. You will definitely smell fresh fruit in the aroma of Gemlik, the aromatic scent of olive fruit is the natural scent of the surrounding trees. In the Gemlik variety, you can smell laurel and apple trees and fresh grass. They are the highest quality olives produced in the world.

Produced from the fruit of the olive tree. Olive trees are fed with completely natural animal manure. We definitely do not use chemical fertilizers. In this way, we obtain naturally grown olives. We obtain Premium Natural EVOO by processing these olives with natural methods as follows. It is carefully collecting in autumn. Olives reach the factory within 4 hours. Made with cold press below 27 degrees. It is producing by centrifugation with constant cold pressing and separation method. Then naturally drained and filtered.
It is producing completely natural without any refining process. Premium Natural is best quality product.
